7. Kouzes, James and Barry Posner. 2003. The Leadership Challenge. San Francisco: Jossey-Bass. Part One” “What Leaders Do and What Constituents Expect,” 1-39. [This book continues to be a very good leadership book.]


8. Zaleznik, Abraham. 1977. Managers and Leaders: Are They Different? Harvard Business Review. May-June. Reprinted in Harvard Business Review on Leadership. 1998. [Considered a classic and thought provoking.]
