This four part presentation was given by Dr. Mark James on Immune Responses to Malaria for public health professionals in Kigali, Rwanda.  These four presentations were part of a collection of Malaria presentations from faculty at Tulane University.

About Mark James

MJames.jpg Dr. Mark James is a Professor and Vice Chair at Tulane University School of Public Health.  He participates in the Global and Community Health department and the Tropical Health department at the Tulane SPH.  His interests include immunity and immunopathogenesis in parasitic infections, cytokine responses to malaria, and the use of synthetic malaria peptides for diagnosis and epidemiological surveillance.  He is presently the chair of the Institutional Review Board at the Tulane Health Sciences Center. He also is on the editorial board of Public Health Reports for the Association of Schools of Public Health.
