About this seminar
In October 2006, Gatarwa Kariuki presented this seminar on Global Livestock CRSP at the LIPHEA Deans and Directors meeting held in Nairobi. Specifically he described how their SMS system extends the technical and human capacity to meet information needs and decision support for livestock producers, traders, and policy makers. Of particular interest is the quality assurance safeguards of the system and how the organization has established its real time collection system.
